The bachelor's thesis deals with bullying in high schools and its possible preventi-on. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of bullying and its manifestations, types of bullying, participants, and finally, prevention. All sources of information come from profes-sional literature. The practical part is focused on a survey conducted in high schools within the South Moravian Region. Its aim is to reveal experiences with bullying and the extent of bullying among high school students. The practical part is in the form of a questionnaire survey, and the results are evaluated using sta-tistical methods and presented in graphs.

The Issue of an Offender's Personality in Criminology Abstract The central theme of this master's thesis is the offender's personality in criminology. The issue is very complex as it draws from theoretical and practical knowledge of many fields of science. Offender's personality arises from interaction of a vast amount of factors. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the offender's personality as the so-called biopsychosocial phenomenon. The variables that are involved in its formation can be sorted systematically according to their origin into a biological sphere, psychological sphere and social sphere, which corresponds to the division of the chapters in the text of the master's thesis. With respect to the name of the thesis, the first chapter is discussing criminology as a science, with closer focus at aspects associated with the offender and its personality. The second chapter analyzes different concepts of an offender that can be encountered in the doctrines of substantial criminal law, procedural criminal law and criminology. It also further describes essential terms that occur in connection with an offender, such as age, insanity or mental illness. Employing people in imprisonment

This diploma thesis is focused on employing of persons serving a sentence of imprisonment. The aim is to make the reader familiar with prison issues, with the types of prisons, to get acquainted with the actual execution of imprisonment and employing of persons serving a custodial sentence, who are interested in working while serving a sentence of imprisonment. The theoretical part clarifies special terms such as socialization, resocialization, treatment as well as a treatment program, rewards and penalties, output department. There is also a chapter on social work and prison issues. The practical parts of this thesis deals with qualitative research through interviews with a total of three research groups, which are employed convicts, social workers and people who focus on the course of occupying of convicts.
Domestic violence against seniors

The bachelor's thesis explains to the reader the basic concepts related to the issue of domestic violence and introduces him to the default terminology. One of the groups increasingly becoming victims of domestic violence is the seniors. Due to certain characteristics of life in old age, such as social isolation, dependence on others, or adverse socioeconomic factors, they represent a very vulnerable group. The main work will be to describe and analyze the phenomenon of violence against the elderly in theory, to show its causes, to acquaint with the possibilities of solutions and methods of prevention. In the practical part of the thesis, it will find out to what extent and form domestic violence is currently committed against the elderly in a selected retirement home for the elderly. In order to meet the objectives, a questionnaire survey method will be used for seniors living in a residential facility, on the basis of which responses will subsequently be identified, which will be evaluated and interpreted.
Domestic violence and its solution with the Police of the Czech Republic and other organizations helping victims of domestic violence

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the issue of domestic violence, with the focus on the people affected by domestic violence as a target group. The subsequent goal of this thesis is to identify possible solutions in organizations helping the victims of domestic violence. Another goal is to publish current statistics of the increase or decrease in cases of domestic violence in the Czech Republic since the validity of the institute of expulsion pursuant to Act No. 273/2008 Coll., On the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents a comprehensive view of the current state of domestic violence. In this part of the thesis, domestic violence is defined as such and the individual features of domestic violence are described in detail. It also focuses on the characteristics of all participants in domestic violence. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, attention is paid to professional assistance to victims of domestic violence. The aim of the practical part is to describe the issue of domestic violence with the focus on the target group. Another goal is to identify possible solutions in organizations helping the victims of domestic violence. In this part of the thesis, official statistics about domestic violence is presented. This bachelor thesis could serve not only to police officers, students, but also to the general public to obtain more expert knowledge about domestic violence and its comprehensive approach. Moreover, it offers solutions to domestic violence with the Police of the Czech Republic and other organizations that help victims of domestic violence. The thesis can be used as a suitable source of information not only for employees and clients of intervention centres, but also for the general public.

The Moral Crime and its Prevention Abstract The thesis deals with the topic of moral crime and its prevention. The aim of this thesis is to provide a basic overview of the field of moral crime, to define the basic concepts related to this issue and to provide a deeper insight into the interpretation of selected sexual offences. This thesis is composed of four main chapters, each of which focuses on different aspects of the matter at hand and attempts to grasp it from multiple different perspectives. The introductory chapter contains definitions of basic terms related to sexual offences. It concentrates on defining terms such as morality, law or moral crime itself. It focuses primarily on the relationship between these terms, how law and morality differ from each other, and defines the general concept of crime in terms of legal and sociological concepts. The central part of this chapter is the definition of the concept of moral crime and its relationship to morality and law. Furthermore, the focus is on the statistical development of moral crime. This method is mainly used in serious crimes cases where conventional investigative procedures fail. Such portrait is known as a psychological profile of the offender and serves primarily to narrow the pool of suspects and point investigators in the right direction. Criminological Aspects of the Drug-related Crime

1 Abstract The thesis is aimed at criminological aspects of drug-related crime. Author has chosen: development and the significant causes of drug-related crime, characteristics of the offenders and crime kontrol as specific aspects to deal with. A special chapter is focused on one specific type of drug - methamphetamin (pervitin). First chapter is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis. Second chapter is focused on develompent of drug-related crime. It specifies the main causes of the crime increase and development of an open drug market. It also contains a statistical analysis and trends. The third chapter deals with drug crime offenders. Author tries to select different points of view to find some typical characteristics of them. He also tries to find some trends (using published criminal career researches) that make them different from other kinds of criminals. The fourth chapter is focused on the actual problems connected with methamphetamin (pervitin). Author explains the main causes that make the Czech republic number one producer of this drug in Europe. He sees a lasting availability of the key precursor - pseudoephedrine as a crucial factor.
